Renee Gillespie helps people bring more meaning and connection to their lives, work, and relationships. She coaches and consults internationally, blending practical tools with spiritual wisdom so Lightworkers can step confidently into the world as leaders. Renee hosts The Spiritual Emergence Podcast, where guests share what it’s like to come out of the spiritual closet with their abilities, and step into their true, quirky selves. She’s the creator of the upcoming Waylighter Tarot channel on YouTube.

An anthropologist by background, Renee cares deeply about what makes us human and has advised major brand companies as they sought to understand and engage their clients, colleagues, teams or patients. 

She was a senior executive at an international technology company for a decade and has lectured and coached leadership and team decision-making at Wharton and other top schools. Renee holds a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from University of Colorado at Boulder and a B.A. from Wake Forest University.   

A longtime career coach and certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life coach, she lives in the Northeast United States and is happiest talking with Spirit and her clients, or walking the shore and wondering about things like how to collaborate with sea urchins.
