Passionate about the mythic dimension of everyday life and leadership, she's the creator of the upcoming Waylighter Tarot channel on YouTube. And she hosts The Spiritual Awakening Podcast, where guests share what it’s like to become visible as their renewed, true and quirky selves.

 An anthropologist by background, Renee cares deeply about what makes us human and has advised major brand companies as they sought to understand and engage their clients, colleagues, teams or patients. She continues this work today, helping entrepreneurs and solopreneurs clarify the story of their work with clients. 

She was a senior executive at an international technology company for a decade and has lectured and coached leadership and team decision-making at Wharton and other top schools. Renee holds a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from University of Colorado at Boulder and a B.A. from Wake Forest University.   

A longtime career coach and certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life coach, she lives in the Northeast United States. When not working, she's happiest walking the shore and wondering about things like how to collaborate with sea urchins.
