Conversations and services and content on this site are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, medical, legal, or other licensed advice. Clients are responsible for their own well‑being and for all choices, decisions, and actions during, after, and between coaching interactions. We make no guarantee of results and may refer you to licensed professionals when needs fall outside the scope of services. Your data is shared to process the services you request and to provide analytics for this site. We collect the information needed to deliver services (e.g., name, email, payment details), protect it with standard safeguards (TLS, strong passwords, limited access), share it with trusted providers or as required by law, use email for service messages and optional marketing (unsubscribe anytime), and retain data as necessary. Website information errors and downtime may occur on occasion.

Refunds are not available once purchases are made. For multi-session coaching engagements, flexible terms will be stated as part of your contract.
